Tips to prevent Colds & Disease

Are you a person who always thinks they're coming down with a cold, infection or any type of disease? Do you feel symptoms daily? Maybe your favorite hang out is the doctors office? If this pertains to you Stop! Your not sick, you don't have a disease and your just throwing money down the toilet.

Many people worry too much and think they're coming down with the newest virus each week. Most of the time it's in their head. I am friends with this guy, we'll call him Jack, and Jack use to always think he was either sick, injured, or coming down with some type of deadly ailment. And do you know what happen to Jack? he worked his stress level up to such a level that he actually started to catch colds and always felt miserable. He actually at one point needed to have his gall bladder removed!

I know without a doubt that Jack thought his way into these ailments. And I also know there are millions of Jacks out there that do this. These people start off with perfect health and for some reason they get the idea of being sick all the time that their subconscious actually starts to believe them and then they actually get sick. It doesn't have to be this way. Unless you actually have real symptoms like pain, an odd lump on your body, constant fever, or any other symptom that would tell you to go to the doctors than I wouldn't stress too much.

Start seeing yourself as a healthy person who takes care of themselves. If you see yourself with perfect health then your mind will make sure that you eventually become what you think about. You will start doing little things each day that move you in the direction of perfect health. If you smoke you eventually will take the steps to quit. If you worry too much you will eventually forget all about these imaginary symptoms.

As a precaution and too ease your mind, start taking a good multi-vitamin from a health food store. Go to your local health food store and see if they have raw juices from the acai berry or mangosteen fruit. Buy a bottle of each and take it in the morning and night. Raw juice from these exotic fruits are much better then the powders and capsules they sell. The raw juice is packed with so much powerful antioxidants you will begin to feel amazing within a week or so. Start exercising 3 times a week and make better food choices. Only eat whole foods and steroid free meats.

The main thing to start with is your own thoughts. Visualize yourself consuming these healthy foods and supplements combined with exercise and you will soon become this healthy person.
