Eat Like a Caveman for Better Health!

Have you ever noticed how lean the caveman's body's were way back millions of years ago? It's crazy how much lean muscle these guys had! But if you think about it it shouldn't be that crazy. Our bodies are designed to eat a certain way. Back then there weren't bakerys, there weren't fast food restaurants, you couldn't drink sodas or any other sugar loaded drinks. You had meat, berries, fish, nuts and maybe an occasional dinosaur egg. These are natural whole foods which we all know are much more healthy then eating all the crap that is available to us these days. Heck, if you go to other countries you will not see nearly as much fast food joints as the USA has. I don't know about you but I think our country has done it's best to keep putting fast food establishments up on every corner of every major city around the country. Could it be pure coinsidence that maybe if people kept eating this type of crappy food that our nation's citizens would keep getting fatter and keep getting sicker? Hmmmmm! Good thought to ponder!

After all, if people didn't have ways to keep having health problems then our medical community wouldn't have that many jobs. And if our medical community didn't have as many jobs as there are than there wouldn't be a need for as many pharmaceutical companies as there are out there. And if there weren't as many pharmaceutical comanies out there than the pharmaceutical drug industry wouldn't be as powerful as they are today. Seems kind of suspicious to me. After all, there is a drug or pill for every condirtion these days.Cavemen

Think about it! Was heartburn considered a condition that required prescription medication 25 years ago? No! It's simply a condition that can be corrected by change of diet or any other natural way necessary. Now if I man can't pop wood he has a disease known as erectile dysfunction. Come on! Back in the day a guy could correct this by either changing diet, exercising more, proper intake of vitamins and minerals, a consistent sex life and many other ways. Now you have to take a pill to help Mr. Wiggly stand proud! Seriously, just go to your local gas station and get a few Hustler magazines and Boing, Happy Harry is standing tall baby!

Don't get me wrong people, some condditions need medication or certain treatments but not all things have to be treated with prescriptions. Not only do these cause serious side effects but also destroy the good bacteria in your digestive tracts. 60% of your immune system is in your digestive tract. The less good bacteria in there the more suseptible to colds and viruses.

Start making an effort to eat like the cavemen. The more whole foods you put into your systems the better your body fat will be. Combine that with a little exercise 3 times a week and you will have great health without these little conditions our medical community is trying to make money on. The more you eat like a caveman the less likely of heartburn. The more you exercise the less likely of sexual problems. The more fiber you eat the better going #2 will be. Don't depend on drugs to treat every little thing! Start eating better, eat more fruits, lean meats, fish, nuts, alvacados, and any other health food and I bet you body will have the lean tone the cavemen had and the better you will feel. Take control now!!!!
