Think Your Way to Success

One of the most important steps to achieving the health or level of fitness you desire is to start thinking of yourself as already in that state. If your one of those types who walks around all day hating the way you feel and look then that's all that your going to keep being. A lot of people fail to realize that one of the keys to accomplishing any task or goal is to start thinking and acting the way that you would if you had already accomplished it.

For example, if I was 30lbs over weight and I wanted to lose these 30lbs and be a lot leaner I would start looking at myself as already 30lbs lighter with every muscle on my body showing great detail and tone. By doing so you will start programming your mind to act in order to get this job done. Each morning when you wake up, when you still have quiet time, start visualizing yourself as already fit or in good health. See your self energized, eating healthy foods, feeling great, so that your mind kicks starts you on your way to your goal. While your visualizing yourself every 30-45 seconds state an affirmation such as " I am a lean healthy individual who is now 30lbs lighter." State whatever your goal is. In the morning when you wake up and just as your falling asleep your subconscious mind is in a state to accept these affirmations and will work on these statements all day and all night long.

The more you start to reprogram yourself to act in the state that you want to be in it will order you to start taking the steps to accomplish this. I promise you this is one of the most simplest steps to achieving any goal you put in front of you. Try it out, start today.
