Change Your Thoughts Change Your LifePosted: 12/18/2009
We have all from time to time worried about our health, money, our children and how old we may live to be. Some of us worry so much that we constantly experience negative experiences on a weekly basis that never seem to end. Not many people realize that all bad experiences are the result of the thoughts they keep their attention on. It really is this simple. If you want to change your life and your circumstances then you need to change the way you think. One of the most important practices in the change of your life is to start reprogramming your subconscious mind. All these negative thoughts you have going on in your head become submerged within your subconscious and by the law of the universe become a reality for you. You have to stop doing this. If you don't believe me think back to your past and try to remember an unpleasant situation that has happened in your life that you wish you could of changed. Or look at the way your life is right now! What type of person are you? Do you worry all the time? Do you constantly think bad thoughts? When you do have happy thoughts do you tend to have doubt cloud those thoughts? These are all signs of negative thinking! There are tons of self help gurus out there that tell people to use things such as affirmations to change your subconscious mind. Affirmations are a step in the right direction but they will not get you to the point of living a very abundant and prosperous life. The reason for example is: If I constantly affirm to myself " I am wealthy " in order to get my subconscious to accept this fact all I'm doing is stating something that my conscious mind already has doubts about. Because a doubt already exists than this affirmation will not serve me the way I want it to. You have to affirm something that does not cause conflict. So what you would do is change this to something like, " wealth, success." By stating these two terms for five minutes straight you are stating terms that do not cause conflict or doubt because they're not stating you are wealthy and successful. They're not triggering a doubt that you already have about yourself. By beginning with simple words like this and eliminating the " I am " you get around the whole doubt cloud. You start to embed into your subconscious two terms that are free from negative trigger points. Eventually your subconscious mind will be fixated on these two terms and by law of the universe have to start bringing wealth and success into your life. Another exercise you could practice that's very effective is right before bed when you start to feel groggy and right after waking up in the morning when you are still cloudy, repeat to yourself, " By day and by night I am prospering in all my interests." Even know you are using the " I am " in this stement you are not reinforcing the lack that you know you already have. It's different then stating " I am wealthy " because right now chances are your not wealthy and your conscious mind already knows this. However, you have never thought about " your interests or prospering in your interests" so therefore, by stating " By day and by night I am prospering in all my interests " you are not creating doubt because your conscious has never heard you or seen you think about prosperity in this manner. Start these exercises immediately! The exercise with the statement of " wealth and success " should be done four to five times per day for five minutes each time. The other exercise " By day and by night I am prospering in all my interests " should be performed before bed and right after waking up. For more information on these wonderful techniques stay tuned. These have worked for me and I know they will work for you. Always remember that your thoughts become things. The universe and your life works on a cause and effect relationship. You have to have prosperous and healthy thoughts in the inside before they can manifest on the outside. Start working on yourself today.
