First, let me start by telling you that most of the foods listed as " healthy " are actually fat gaining foods. The reason for this is because most companies claiming to carry these so called healthy foods wants you to gain weight. They want you to put on more body fat! Why? So they can continue to make more money. They don't care about your health! It's simply a ploy to make more money for themselves at your expense.I can tell you right now and if you keep these few tips in the back of your mind, not only will you be on your way to better abs but you will know how to maintain a healthy body fat level that will show a slim, toned figure 365 days a year. First, stop doing crunches and other ab exercises that so many people believe is the key to achieving 6 pack abs. Thus is a waste of time. You could do a thousand crunches a day and it won't mean squat. All you will be accomplishing is either a very strong mid-section or pelvic and lower back damage. You have to lose the fat on top of your abs before anybody can see your 6 pack. Doing tons of ab exercises does not burn body fat. Second, doing boring cardio workouts will not help in the aid of having 6 pack abs. Cardio helps maintain a stronger and healthier cardiovascular system and does burn calories but it is not the best way to get to that wash board stomach you've always wanted. You have to have a certain type of workout put in place that is designed to not only burn fat and calories, but also sky rocket turning body fat into lean muscle tissue. Third, do not waste your hard earned money on every magic fat burner pill on the market. Most companies use ingredients that end up causing you more harm then good. These pills can cause thyroid damage, they can mess up your natural metabolism and even cause death. These multi-million dollar companies are making insane amounts of money at your expense.
